Institute publishes its Best Customer Experience Awards, report of the
world’s 100 best customer experience companies and brands on an
annual basis. The ranking, that evaluates the Quality, Customer Experience and Shopping Experience, has been organized in Spain, UK, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Andorra, MiddleEast, India, China, USA and Mexico.
To develop its report, Best Customer Experience Institute has selected the best companies of each country interviewing 2.000 consumers (online and face-to-face) who have chosen 500 companies spontaneusly in 85 categories, and then has examinated the five key aspects of each selected company that contribute to a brand’s best customer experience index, using the following tecniques:
- Store Experience (Mystery Shopping visits)
- Phone Experience (Mystery Calling calls)
- Mail Experience (Mystery eMailing email and web application forms)
- Usability Web Test (Usability Web and SocialMedia Tests)
- Satisfaction Surveys (Customer Satisfaction Telephone Surveys)
